TORTILLA ROLL-UPS

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 oz can diced green chilies
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 1/4 cup sliced black or green olives
  • Dash each of garlic powder & onion powder
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Additional salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Warm tortillas, so they will not crack. Spread mixture on tortillas and roll up. Refrigerate for 3 hours and cut into slices. Secure with toothpicks, if needed. Serve with salsa.
