Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 cup diced peeled mango
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 2 teaspoons minced seeded jalapeño pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add mango and remaining ingredients; toss gently.
Serving Size: 1/2 cup
