Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced (I used a mixture of white, baby bella and shiitake)
- 1 Tbsp dried minced onion
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in large skillet. Add mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes, until mushrooms start to soften. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook uncovered over low heat for 30 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
