Protein Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 C oats
  • 1/2 C coconut flakes
  • 1/2 C chai or flax seeds
  • 1/2 C mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 C almond or peanut butter
  • 1/3 C honey
  • 2 t van x
  • can add protein powder (about 1/3 C)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all & refrigerate for about 1/2 hour. Form into 2" balls & keep in frig.
Makes: about 14 two inch balls
