Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 English cucumber, finely grated
  • 1 (8 oz.) container plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine with a fork. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to marry. Store, covered, in refrigerator up to 3 days.
