Chicken Soup/Vicky

Ingredients

  • 23 Cups Water
  • 6 T. Chicken Base
  • 2 12-16 oz Reames Noodles
  • 1/2 bag Carrots (chopped)
  • 3 Celery (chopped)
  • Parsley Flakes
  • a little pepper
  • Crock - 1 Med - Lg Chicken

Preparation

Step 1

Put whole chicken in a crock pot for 6-8 hrs on low.
In a large pan/pot add 23 cups water, chicken base (to taste), Reames noodles, carrot and celery.
Add broth from crock to pot. Strip chicken off of bone and add to pot. Let simmer and cook. Can add some parsley and pepper.
Good served with peanut butter bread.
