Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp black bean sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
- small pinch granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb lean ground pork
- 2 green onions, sliced (white and green parts separated)
- 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 cups small broccoli or broccolini florets or 4 oz green beans, trimmed and cut in 1-inch lengths
Preparation
Step 1
In jar, whisk together black bean sauce, cornstarch, vinegar, sugar and 1/4 cup broth or water; set aside.
In wok, heat 1/2 tbsp. oil over medium-high heat; stir-fry pork until no longer pink, about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Add remaining oil to wok; stir-fry white parts of green onions and ginger for 30 seconds. Add broccoli; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add pork and sauce mixture; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add green parts of green onions; stir-fry for 1 minute.
Serve over rice.
