Crepes

Light, thin crepe can be filled with just about anything from cream cheese and lemon to strawberry jam and whipped cream. Not just for breakfast, great for dinner too.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients together and beat until smooth. Heat frying pan (round edges makes it easier to turn) to about 350°F. May need to spray with Pam before cooking each crepe. Pour about 1/2 cup batter in pan and tip pan from side to side so that the batter spreads out thin. Wait till bottom is light brown, then turn. Place crepes in a warm oven while cooking others. Top as desired.
