Ingredients
- glaze:
- 10 chicken breasts or parts
- 1/2 c butter or wesson oil
- 1 can chicken broth undiluted
- flour
- 10 oz jar of marmalade
- 1/3 c prepared mustard
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Saute floured chicken parts in 1/2 c butter until browned. Add broth and cover, cooking until chicken is tender (30-40 min) Meanwhile, in a small saucepan make the glaze by stirring together the marmalade, mustard, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Heat until bubbly. Place chicken in baking dish and brush liberally with the glaze. Bake for 20-30 min at 350 or broil until bubbly, turning and brushing with glaze.
