Ingredients
- 1 lg Can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 lg can tomato puree
- 1 lg can water
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 pkg salt back pork or small package of pork ribs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 T Italian seasoning, basil thyme, parsley, onion powder and marjoram
- 1/2 t baking soda, pepper and salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in bottom of 2 quart pot and add pork and 2 cloves of garlic. Cook until pork is golden brown stir in tomatoes, tomato puree, water and 1 clove of garlic. Add remaining ingredients-do not stir. Bring to a boil then stir in spices. Cover and simmer for 4- hours. Enjoy
