Ingredients

    tablespoons sugar

    tablespoons water

    cup fish sauce

  • 1/2

    cup lime or lemon juice (abt 3 limes or 2 lemons)

    large garlic clove crushed, peeled, and sliced or minced

    bird’s eye or Thai chile - (or more) seeded, and sliced or minced

    shallot peeled, sliced thin, rinsed and drained (optional)

Directions
