Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups home style noodles, broken
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
  • 3 8 oz cans tomato sauce
  • diced jalapenos to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a large heavy pan cook & drain ground beef; add onion & continue cooking. While beef is cooking, cook noodles per directions. Drain cooked noodles & add to ground beef. Add remaining ingredients & bring to low boil. Simmer about 10 minutes to let flavors meld.
