Passionfruit Butter

Ingredients

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1/3 c good quality lemon curd
  • 1/4 c icing sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 c passionfruit pulp (about 4)

Preparation

Step 1

Place cheese, lemon curd, and sugar in a food processor. Pulse briefly until just combined. Add the passionfruit and pulse 2-3 times to combine. Chill until ready to use.

**Will keep sealed for up to 1 week in fridge.**
