Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breast, boned &
- skinned
- flour
- olive or vegie oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 4 tsp butter
- 4 TBL white wine
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- parsley, to garnish
Preparation
Step 1
lightly flour chicken breast
saute in hot oil until golden brown
drain oil from pan
add garlic
toss to coat chicken w/ garlic
add butter, wine & lemon juice
saute over high heat, moving pan to keep chicken from sticking
continue to saute in this fashion until sauce has thickened
remove chicken from pan
pour sauce over it
garnish w/ parsley & serve
