Ingredients
- 320 g sugared yolks
- 16 each eggs
- 480 g granulated sugar
- 1600 g butter
- 2400 g dark chocolate
- 800 g cake flour
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk eggs until fluffy (4X volume)
Melt butter-Add chocolate, mix until smooth
Pour chocolate mixture into eggs, mix nicely
Fold in flour
Bake in 4 inch ring molds for 9 minutes at 370F.
