Ingredients
- Crumb
- 2 # oreos
- 1 # chocolate
- Caramel Praline Filling
- 32 oz granulated sugar
- 3 c heavy cream
- 6 oz butter
- 10 oz praline paste
- Crisp
- 8 oz feulletine
- 3 oz milk chocolate
- Chocolate Custard
- 400 g dark chocolate
- 100 g milk
- 500 g cream
- 120 g butter
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate and stir in Oreo crumbs until well mixed. Press into bottom of molds.
Caramel:
Caramelize sugar-Shock with cream
Add butter and mix
Add praline paste-cool
Crisp:
Melt chocolate and add feulletine. Mix until well combined.
Chocolate Custard:
Bring milk and cream just to a boil, pour over chocolate. Whisking, add butter to melt until smooth.
To assemble:
Spread a thin layer of caramel on base of tart. Press in feulletine. Cover with custard and leave in refrigerator to set. Can be frozen.
