Ingredients
- 2 cups butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Lay’s Potato Chips
- Powdered (confectioner’s) sugar (for dusting)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add vanilla and mix. Add flour and mix well. Add potato chips and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and allow to cool completely.
