Limoncello Creme Brulee

Ingredients

  • 5 c heavy cream
  • 3 oz sugar
  • zest of 1/2 a lemon
  • 6 yolks
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/4 bottle of Limoncello-180 ml

Preparation

Step 1

Boil heavy cream, sugar and lemon zest.

Temper into eggs, strain and whisk in Limoncello.

Pour into ramekins and bake at 160C for 30-40 minutes.
