Ingredients
- 5 c heavy cream
- 3 oz sugar
- zest of 1/2 a lemon
- 6 yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 bottle of Limoncello-180 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Boil heavy cream, sugar and lemon zest.
Temper into eggs, strain and whisk in Limoncello.
Pour into ramekins and bake at 160C for 30-40 minutes.
