This is Lili's recipe for cole slaw that we had at her house when she make us pulled pork sandwiches on the BBQ. Delicious!
Recipe from Lili Zyzak, Mason, OH
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt to taste
- 1 1/2 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups red cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, and salt.
Add cabbage and scallion and toss.
