Ingredients

  • Brussel Sprouts

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 3

    cloves Garlic

  • Toasted pine nuts or pecans

  • Butter

Directions

Cut brussel sprouts in half. Put in roasting pan. Cover with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees. Add garlic. Cook another 15-20 minutes. Take out. Add toasted pine nuts or pecans.
