Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes

A healthy hearty option to the same ole pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cake flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 TBS brown sugar
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs separated
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 cups buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

beat yolks and whites separately
add buttermilk and oil to yolks
add bananas to dry ingredients
add wet and dry together
fold in whites
cook in 350 degree skillet or griddle
these cook quickly!!
