Hot Coffee Creamer

Use this mixture in "Sharon's crusting buttercream icing".

I make this up ahead of time and keep it in the refrigerator to heat in the microwave and add to my icing recipe when preparing.

You can add flavored creamer if you want your icing to be flavored.

Ingredients

• 2 cups water
• 2 cups powdered coffee creamer

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave water for 5 minutes so it is boiling. Add powdered coffee creamer and stir until completely dissolved.
