Ingredients
- Filling
- 4 Cups Fresh, Peeled peach slices
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoon corn starch
- Topping
- 1 Cup All- purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup light sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 Cup milk

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all filling ingredients in a 1.5 quart baking dis until well combined.
2. In mixing bowl, mix together all topping ingredients until free of lumps and then cover peaches with mixture in a small dollop, before spreading evenly.
3. Bake for 35-40 minutes. or until the topping is golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving topped with vanilla ice cream.
This can also be made with well drained canned peaches by subtracting 1/4 cup of the fillings' sugar.
