Ingredients
- 2 C basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 C pine nuts
- 1/2 C extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Using fod processor, finely chop basil & garlic.
Add parmesan & pine nuts & pulse into coarse paste.
Withe machine on, slowly add olive oil until incorporated.
Season w/ Salt & pepper.
Can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week
