Herb-Mozzarella Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 6 oz smoked mozzarella, sliced
  • 3/4 cup ricotta
  • grated parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450. Stretch dough into a 15 inch round on parchment paper. Place an inverted baking sheet on lower rack of oven. Top dough with olive oil, salt, chopped thyme and oregano. Add minced garlic, smoked mozzarella, then bake until bubbly and crisp, 5 -10 minutes. Garnish with ricotta and parmesan, bake until melted.
