Baby Carrots/ Cracker Barrel

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Baby Carrots
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 T. Brown Sugar
  • 2 T. Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse carrots and place in a two quart sauce pan. Pour enough water in sauce pan to just cover the top of the carrots. Cover carrots with a lid, place on med. heat and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for 30-45 mins. until the carrots are tender when pricked with fork.
Drain and add salt, brown sugar and butter. Heat.
