- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- pecorino
- oregano

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450. Press 1 lb dough into an oiled 15 inch pizza pan. Drizzle with olive oil, then top with tomato sauce and mozzarella. Bake 15 minutes, then garnish with pecorino, oregano and olive oil.
