  • 1 Pkg Athens Fillo Shells
  • 3 Tbsp. Basil Pesto
  • 8 Balls ciliegini mozzarella, halved
  • 2 oz. roasted tomatoes, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place phyllo shells on baking sheet.
Place 1/2 tsp pesto into each phyllo shell. Top with slices of roasted tomatoes and cheese piece.

Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
