Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 C 1/2 & 1/2 cream
- 1 C (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 C finely chopped fully cooked ham
- 1/4 C finely chopped green pepper
- 1/4 C finely chopped onion
Preparation
Step 1
in bowl, beat eggs & cream until light & fluffy
stir in cheese, ham, green pepper & onion
pour into greased 9" square baking dish
bake @ 400 for 25 min or until golden brown
