Chicken Parisienne

Ingredients

  • 4-6 med size chicken breasts
  • 1 10 1/2oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 3oz can mushrooms and liquid
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c cooking sherry
  • paprika
  • cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken breasts, skin side up in 7x11 dish. Combine soup, mushrooms, and liquid, sour cream, and sherry. Pour over the chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 1 1-1/4 hrs. Serve with hot fluffy rice.
