Ingredients
- 4 lbs country style spareribs
- 2/3 c white sauterne wine
- 3 T red wine vinegar
- 2/3 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Trim excess fat from ribs and arrange them in a single layer in a large shallow pan. Combine wine, vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce and pour over ribs. Bake uncovered at 350 for 2-2 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
