Enchiladas/ Ma & Vicky's

Ingredients

  • Meat Mixture:
  • 1 8oz Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 lbs Hamburger (browned and drained)
  • 1 Lg and 1 Sm Refried Beans
  • Minced Onion
  • Tortillas:
  • 3 Cups Bisquick
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • Sauce:
  • 1 Can Enchilada Sauce(Old El Paso Mild)
  • 1 Can La Preferida Mild (Red Chile) Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 Lg 15oz Tomato Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brown and drain hamburger and onion. Add refried beans and taco sauce to taste.
In a mixing bowl, add Bisquick and water . Stir into ball and knead twice. Cut into chunks and roll out. Soup bowl size. Brown on a square flat skillet (Med heat). When you see bubbles , then flip and count to 10 and remove from skillet.
In a sauce pan add sauce ingredients and heat.
Add meat mixture on tortilla with taco sauce, cheese and roll up. Cover with sauce. Serve
Optional:
Can add chopped onion inside with meat and cheese. Also can add shredded cheddar on top.
