Grits Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c grits
  • 6 c water
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 t seasoned salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 2 14oz cans chicken broth
  • parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Cook grits in water for 2-5 min. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a well greased 2 qt casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for an hour.
