Ingredients
- 6 c cooked rice
- 3/4 c melted butter
- 1 bell pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 small onions, minced
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 1 c minced fresh parsley
- 2-3 c grated cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all of the above ingredients and place in greased casserole dish. Bake covered in 350 oven for 30 min; uncover and bake an additional 20 min.
