French Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 c butter, melted
  • 2 med onions, chopped
  • 2 c uncooked white rice
  • 1 c water
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 t chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 10 1/2oz cans comsomme
  • 1 4oz can mushroos, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and place in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 min.
