Biscuit Beef Casserole/ Ma's & Vicky's

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Hamburger
  • 3 T. Minced Onion
  • 3/4 of a 15 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 3 tsp Chili Powder
  • a little less then 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 rolls of Pillsbury (10 count) biscuits
  • 3/4 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup

Preparation

Step 1

Brown hamburger with onion and drain. Mix in tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, cheese soup and egg.
Open biscuits and press 9 of them in an 8x8 glass cooking dish. Spray dish first.
Then brown in oven for a few mins at 350 degrees. Top with meat mixture and then lay the other 9 biscuits on the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
