Ingredients
- 1 single pie crust, chilled
- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. whole or chopped pecans

Step 1
Cream oleo & sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, syrup & salt; blend well. Place pecans in crust. Pour liquid over pecans. Bake at 375° on lower shelf for 40-45 minutes.
