Cream for Cream-Filled Strawberries

This recipe is the cream used to fill cut strawberries. It makes a light,tasty dessert for spring.

Ingredients

• 1/3 C cold macarpone cheese or cream cheese
• 1/3 C cold heavy whipping cream
• 2-3 TBS. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix together until cream is stiff and able to be piped into the strawberry.
