Artichoke and Egg Spread
I used way more curry (probably about 1TBL)
I also forgot the S & P.
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Cooking time 10mins
Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, eggs, curry powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well mixed.
