4th of July Marinate

Works well on london Broil, Steaks, etc.

Ingredients

• 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
• 1/4 to 1/2 cup Worchestershire sauce
• 2 TBS Vegetable Oil
• 2 TBS Ketchup
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp ground pepper
• 2 lbs of meat.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together, pierce meat with a fork on both sides. Place in ziplock bag for several hours of overnight.
