BEER BATTER (for fondue)

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup beer

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs and beer. Beat until smooth and creamy.

Fondue suggestions: cooked chicken, beef, shrimp, cubed cheese.
