Sunday Morning Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana, peeled and cut into thirds
  • 1 large peach, halved pitted and peeled
  • 4 oz pitted dates (about 5 large dates)
  • 1 cup plain fat free yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/4 cup unflavored soy isolate protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes (about 8)

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a blender. Puree, scraping down the sides of the blender as necessary. Serve at once.
