Ingredients

• 1 to 2 Carrots
• 3 leaves of Kale
• 1/2 bunch of cilantro
• 1 cup of fresh spinach
• 1 cucumber
• 1 Red Apple ( If you need to sweeten it up )

Preparation

Combine in blender until smooth
Add ice and serve
