Greens and Beans

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lbs Escarole,(2 bunches) cleaned and cut.
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 can cannelini beans
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 chicken bouillion cube and 1 cup water.

Preparation

Step 1

Boil escarole, add salt and pepper
Saute escarole with olive oil and garlic, add beans and add bouillion mix slowly.
