Ingredients
- 5 pounds potatoes
- Canola oil
- 1 garlic head separated into cloves
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and peel potatoes, cut into wedges. Toss with oil and garlic cloves. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour, or until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
