Ingredients

  • 3

    eggs

  • 1

    c. corn syrup

  • ½

    c. sugar

  • ½

    stick melted butter

  • 1

    c. canned pumpkin

  • 1

    c. pecans

  • 1

    tsp. vanilla

  • 1

    (9”) pie shell, unbaked

Directions

Heat oven to 350°.  Beat eggs well.  Beat in syrup, sugar, butter, pumpkin & vanilla until well blended.  Place pecans in bottom of pie shell.  Slowly pour filling over pecans.  Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife inserted 1” from edge comes out clean.  Let cool completely.  Serve with whipped cream.
