Seafood pasta bake
- For Alfredo sauce:
- 12 oz peeled shrimp
- 6 oz crab meat
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 T butter, 1 shallot chopped, 1/4 c white wine, 1/2 c parsley chopped, olive oil,
- 2 . Cloves minced garlic, 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 lb pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream, 1 stick butter, 2 cloves minced garlic, 5 oz shredded Parmesan
Cook pasta. Melt butter in skillet and drizzle olive oil on... cook shallot until soft. Deglaze the pan with wine and cook until reduced. Add shrimp, crab, parsley, garlic and cook till done. 3-4 min. Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon over and remove.
Sauce: melt butter and add cream and garlic. Bring to boil. Whisk in Parmesan slowly. Turn broiler on. Mix seafood and sauce with pasta. Top with mozerella Cheese...broil till melted.
