Ingredients
- 1 Lg bunch of broccoli
- 1/3 Cup finely chopped onion
- 1 Cup Salted Smoked Almonds
- (or 1 Cup sunflower seeds)
- 1 Cup raisins
- 2 tsp. Bacon Bits
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
- 2 T. Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Toss with the onion, almonds ( or sunflower seeds), raisins and bacon bits. In separate bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Pour over vegetable mix. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
