Broccoli Crunch Salad/ Ginny's

Ingredients

  • 1 Lg bunch of broccoli
  • 1/3 Cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 Cup Salted Smoked Almonds
  • (or 1 Cup sunflower seeds)
  • 1 Cup raisins
  • 2 tsp. Bacon Bits
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
  • 2 T. Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Toss with the onion, almonds ( or sunflower seeds), raisins and bacon bits. In separate bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Pour over vegetable mix. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
