Ingredients
- Flank Steak, sliced thin.
- 1 green pepper, sliced.
- 1 red pepper, sliced.
- 1 orange or yellow pepper, sliced.
- 1 med onion sliced thin.
- 2 cups of beef broth. (1 can)
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce, reduced sodium.
- 2 tbsp of corn starch
- 1 tsp of canola oil

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle canola oil in pan and brown sliced steak. Remove from pan. Put peppers in pan and cook until slightly soft, then add onion, cook until onion is soft.
Meanwhile, as the peppers are cooking prepare the liquid by adding the beef broth, soy sauce and corn starch together in a bowl, mix good.
after the peppers and onions are done, add beef back to pan and pour liquid to the pan..cook for 20 minutes and serve over Jasmin rice.
