Ingredients
- 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 6-oz. box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 8 oz. container sour cream
- 1 9" graham cracker pie crust
- 1 8 oz. can pineapple slices
- 8 maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 small container cool whip
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine pineapple, pudding mix, and sour cream. Mix well. Spoon into pie crust. Decorate top with pineapple slices. Sprinkle with coconut. Add cherries. Pipe cool whip around edges and in center. Cover and chill at least two hours.
